Savannah Home Tour // Dining Room
Here’s a closer look at our dining room in Savannah! The pedestal table below is one I got for free about 6 year ago and it has since been painted at least 3 different colors, including glossy black in college and a distressed white-wash in my first apartment in Savannah which I decorated in a very coastal “vintage cottage” style. Here it’s painted a periwinkle blue (which was soft of an accident that grew on me) with gold legs – an attempt to make it look more modern. The table was a little small for this dining room, but we did our best to fill space with other pieces, like my favorite rattan love seat.

How cute is this aqua bicycle? My boyfriend got it for me when I moved to Savannah and I’m looking forward to riding it even more on the trails near our house in Greenville! Come spring I want that little basket full of fruits and veggies from the farmers market.
These vintage books came from grandparent’s basement in Iowa (score) and the agate bookends I’ve actually had since I was a little kid. I know they have similar bookends at One Kings Lane though!
Rattan Loveseat: hand-me-down / Pillow: HomeGoods / Wood Lantern: Target
This is an inexpensive baker’s rack from Walmart (originally black) – all I did was spray paint it white and change the drawer pull. I still desperately want a bar cart, but it in the meantime these shelves have worked nicely!
